Reindeer
Yup, actual reindeer! Most likely Santa’s herd, on loan for the summer zoo season? ps…and no, he wasn’t there. There’s a pub in town so we’ll say he was ‘at the well’

Tall and spooky these things look like they could peck your eyeballs out!
Oryx
Smokin fast horse-like animal with long slender horns….kinda neat.
Mountain Sheep
This is the only exhibit that can be seen before you get inside. There are 4 or 5 sheep and you can get fairly close to them.

Usually rarely seen as they are underwater, this time round they were lazing in the sun close by!
Pink Flamingos
Colorful and noisy, these birds really put on a show!
Emu
Nasty looking animal…what do these big birds actually do?
Eagles
Now these birds are a must-see item when at the zoo. If you can catch them at feeding time they never cease to amaze!
Duck Pond
Duck pond in March…..it seems to get better in the summer!
